He has been successful in responding to charges by the EEOC and the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), including winning reversals. Among his many accomplishments, he has also obtained two unanimous defense jury verdicts in class/collective action lawsuits regarding overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
