What’s your name and who are you with?
My name is Tim Hutchings. I’m with crane transport. I’m the director of safety and compliance.
What is your favorite thing about The Infinit-I Workforce Platform?
I like the diversity of the training video options, enough to cover our full gamut of what we do in transportation, along with other some warehousing along with some shop employee safety stuff. I think there’s plenty there. It’s easy to maneuver around into the platform for assigning videos or checking completions or other reports you may want. As far as scorecards or who’s complete an assignment who hasn’t?
What is your favorite thing about Vertical Alliance Group the company?
The biggest thing I get out of partner with Vertical Alliance is that customer support, customer support reps. Our CSR Karen does a great job. Very knowledgeable about this system, can always help me find something if I’m not. Can’t remember where I found a video or if I can’t remember what I’ve assigned and she’s real good about helping me do mass distribution emails out to truck drivers for assignments, so I always get plenty of support when I need it.
What is your most important take away from The Partner Roundtable?
Has to be networking anytime that you can get a group of safety directors together and talk about common problems, see how they’re using the Infinit-I to help solve those problems and what works for them is a huge advantage for us.
If someone was on the fence about attending The Partner Roundtable, what would you tell them?
I have to say one, the support you’re going to get from the networking, but to just the hospitality Vertical Alliances put together here for us and really has taken care of us and treat us with the respect as clients has been helpful.
