What’s your name and who are you with? 

My name is Ron Bourque. I’m the. Vice President of safety at AIM Transportation Solutions. 

What is your favorite thing about the Infinit-I Workforce Platform? 

My favorite thing about the platform is definitely the flexibility that we have to upload custom content as well as track our regular monthly assignments with our drivers so it’s two-fold custom content flexibility and the record keeping in general. 

What is your favorite thing about Vertical Alliance Group, the company? 

Definitely my customer service experience. I always get my questions answered and I feel very listened to all the time. 

What is your most important take away from The Partner Roundtable? 

I learned a lot about best practices from the other people that I spoke with as well as got a little preview of some of the coming things that that you guys are working on. However, I felt like it was really important to bring forth some new ideas and the interactions between the group, I think gave Vertical Alliance a lot of things to work and so I’m excited about what those will become. 

If someone was on the fence about attending The Partner Roundtable, what would you tell them? 

I’d say they should stay home if they don’t want to participate. It’s a really interactive environment, so if they want to participate, and they’re kind of an outgoing person. We really enjoyed the experience and definitely be treated with a lot of hospitality and feel very listened to.
