Partner Roundtable is held at Infinit-I’s training campus in Dallas, TX, located about 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. The Infinit-I Campus is made up of three dynamic work areas: the Reception room for networking and relaxation; the Classroom for training; and the Studio for video production. Nestled in the Dallas Communications Complex, Infinit-I’s training room and video production studio are designed to empower company leaders with the ability to build training programs that facilitate business growth.

8:00-8:15 INTRO Speaker introduction

9:45-10:15 TREND ANALYSIS & TRAINING – Session on how to analyze transportation industry trends, including a trend report from Carrier Software, and how to assign out training to stay ahead of current industry issues.
10:15-10:45 CONNECTING THE DOTS – Learn how other Infinit-I clients have simplified their driver files using our API feature to connect to other software, like TenStreet.

12:30-1:00 CORRECTIVE ACTION TRAINING – We’ll explore best practices in corrective action training and share how you can incorporate in-cab camera footage into your training program.
1:00-2:00 A DRIVER-CENTRIC COMPANY – Improve your driver retention rate with Infinit-I Workforce Solutions.
2:00-2:15 BREAK
2:15-3:00 REPORTING – You have a wide variety of reporting options through Infinit-I. This session walks you through setting up a custom, automated report, as well as advanced reporting features if you’re ready for the next level.
3:00-4:00 GROUP IMPLEMENTATION – Practice what you’ve learned: break out into groups to practice Infinit-I implementation for your company, with the help of a facilitator to field any questions or concerns.

In a few hours, our experts will help you master the tools within Infinit-I that drive successful training programs forward.
